Improved Product Technologies, LLC was started in 1998 with the goals and mindset of making antenna solutions better, being more compact in size, offering great customer service, all without sacrificing performance or quality. By listening to our customers requests, we have put forth products that perform using cutting edge technology for their projects. Our markets include Railroad, Utilities, Energy, and Consumer markets. All of our products are made right here in the U.S.A., not offshore like many others today. Located in Nebraska, our work ethics show in the products we make.

Our goals and mission are simple: listen to what the customer’s needs are, implement a design that makes sense economically, as well as performing at the levels that one expects. With our team of professionals, we can design special mounting structures, unique antenna designs and utilize “think tank” philosophies with the customer to tailor the solutions that best fit their scenario. From concept, to prototyping, to full manufacturing capabilities of up to 1500 base antennas per week, we have you covered.

Our company can design and engineer from 25 MHz to 26 GHz in base and mobile antenna environments. Most, if not all of our antenna designs will implement a MIL Spec 810 STD, as well as MIL spec 202G STD for all antennas, without adding unnecessary costs to the final price.

We are not a typical off- the -shelf antenna manufacturer. We specialize in high performance, broadband designs, to cover a wide range of frequencies for a particular band. We manufacture single, dual or tri-band applications where needed in the mobile environment. Dual or single band are available in base station applications.

Our base antennas to date are all shipped via UPS. Expensive truck freight rates would typically add costs of $150-200 per antenna. Our goal is to save the customer any unnecessary expenses when possible. Our metal fabrication/manufacturing facility is located in Nebraska, with 33,000 sq. ft. of space, equipped with state of the art equipment, and part of our antenna manufacturing with 23,000 sq. ft. of shop space is done in Florida. Both are ISO 9001:2008 certified. We have an outdoor near/far field range available to test patterns of both base and mobile antennas. With our additional antenna facility in Florida, we have the luxury of year- round outdoor testing and manufacturing in a warm climate, needed for lower frequency projects which require outdoor tuning in larger open environments.
